Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has opened applications for its Basic (IJMB) and Remedial programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session. These programmes provide pathways to gain university admission for eligible candidates.
- Prepares students for Direct Entry into Nigerian universities.
- Duration: 12 months.
- Bridges the gap for students seeking admission.
- Duration: 9 months.
- Minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Subject combinations:

- Admitted candidates must register for JAMB Direct Entry Admission.
- Minimum of three credits in science subjects in one sitting.

- English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Geography
- English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Geography
- Candidates must register for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), meet the minimum pass mark, and select ABU as their first choice.

2. Visit the SBRS official site.
3. Create an account or log in as a returning user.
4. Complete the form with your details, O’Level results, and upload a passport photo.
5. Choose the programme (IJMB or Remedial).
6. Pay online using an ATM card or print the transaction slip to pay at a bank.
7. Submit your application before 31 January 2025.
