Minimum of 10 years at the university level
At least 18 publications in credible journals
Senior Lecturer
Ph.D . required
Minimum of 8 years teaching and research experience
At least 15 published works
Lecturer I
Ph.D . with 9 publications
Or Master's degree with 10 publications and nearing Ph.D . completion
Minimum of 6 years academic experience
