Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) has announced a change in the schedule for the 100-level mid-semester examinations. According to a notice from the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, the exams will now take place from Monday, 3rd March to Friday, 7th March 2025.
This adjustment follows an earlier approval by the Vice-Chancellor to accommodate academic planning. All lecturers are expected to conduct examinations during their assigned lecture periods, while Deans of Faculties and Heads of Departments are responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of the exams.
Submission of Results
Course coordinators must collate and submit results to their respective Heads of Departments and the Directorate of Academic Planning (DAP) by 13th March 2025. The university will provide a link for result submission, which will be communicated to the Heads of Departments in due course.
Compliance and Expectations
The directive urges all academic staff to take note of these adjustments and comply accordingly to facilitate a seamless examination process.
