AE-FUNAI Inception Quiz Guidelines For Second Semester 2024/2025 Released

Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) has released official guidelines for the conduct of the 2024/2025 second semester Inception Quiz. According to a memo from the Registrar, T. Ifeanyi Igwe, the quiz will run from Monday, 26th May to Friday, 30th May 2025.
Important Guidelines:
1. The Inception Quiz is compulsory for all courses and must be held within the specified dates.
2. No make-up quizzes will be allowed. Only students present during the quiz week can participate.
3. Zero score will be recorded for any absentee.
4. HODs must submit compiled results to the Director of Academic Planning by Thursday, 5th June 2025.
5. A Management Monitoring Team will supervise the entire process.
6. Lecturers who fail to conduct or submit quiz results on time will face sanctions from the Vice-Chancellor.
A Google submission link will be shared with departments to upload the quiz results and second semester course allocations.
All departments and staff are required to comply fully with the outlined procedures to ensure academic discipline and efficiency.
