The Akwa Ibom State School of Health Technology, Etinan, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its various programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Where to Get the Form
• Location: Ministry of Health, Block 8, Room 69, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo
• Sale of Forms Begins: Wednesday, 11th June, 2025
• Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm (weekdays only)
• Application Fee: ₦15,000 (non-refundable)
Note: Forms are not sold on weekends or public holidays.

• Environmental Health Technician – 3 years
• ND in Environmental Health Technology – 2 years
• HND in Environmental Health Technology – 2 years
• Pharmacy Technician – 3 years
• Medical Laboratory Technician – 3 years
• Professional Diploma in Health Information Management – 3 years
• Community Health Junior Extension Worker – 2 years
• Community Health Extension Worker – 3 years
• HND in Public Health Nursing – 2 years
Entry Requirements
• Five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
• Compulsory subjects: English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics
• Other relevant subjects (e.g ., Agric Science, Geography, or Technical Drawing) may be accepted
• For Medical Lab Technician and Environmental Health Technician, NABTEB is strongly recommended
