Are you a second-year engineering student at Rivers State University? The AOS Orwell Tertiary Scholarship 2025 offers financial support for high-performing students.
Eligibility Criteria
You must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Be admitted in 2023/2024 (currently in 200 level)
- Be studying engineering full-time at Rivers State University
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale
- Not be benefiting from any other national/international scholarship
Deadline: 29 May 2025
Required Documents (Scanned & Clear)
- Recent passport photo (white background, 450x450px, max 200KB)
- School ID card
- Admission letter
- O’Level result
- JAMB result
- LGA identification letter
- Sworn affidavit or name change document (if names differ)
How to Apply
1. Visit the AOS Orwell 2025 application portal

2. Create or log into your account
3. Activate via email link
4. Log in and complete your profile with:
- Personal & academic info
- NIN (if available)
- Required documents
5. Submit your application under the AOS Orwell scheme
6. Download your verification profile from Scholastica
7. Get it signed by your Head of Department
8. Upload the signed profile to complete the process
Don’t Have a NIN?
- Register at the NIMC portal http://ninenrol.gov.ng/

- Book and attend your biometric appointment
- Update your application with your NIN
After Applying
Shortlisted candidates will:
- Receive an invitation to take a CBT
- Get notified via email and SMS
Ensure your email and phone number are correct. Multiple applications will lead to disqualification.
