Are you a young Nigerian ready to lead and serve? The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy Fellowship 2025 offers hands-on experience in government, community service, and policy development.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen aged 25–35
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND
- Have completed NYSC or have an exemption certificate
- Have at least 2 years of work experience
Open to both public and private sector applicants.

- Valid ID
- Referees:
- Public sector: Accounting Officer & Head of Department
- Private sector: One academic and one professional referee

2. Take a CBT (if shortlisted)
3. Participate in the Leadership Evaluation Hub
4. Upload a 3-minute video pitch on why you should be selected
