Stanbic IBTC Bank invites young Nigerians to apply for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program. This opportunity helps you gain real work experience and grow into a full-time bank employee.
What You Will Do
- Take part in real projects across different departments
- Learn how the bank works
- Work with teams to solve tasks
- Begin in Lagos but may be posted to other offices
- Show strong interest in a banking career
Entry Requirements
You must:
- Hold at least a Second Class Upper in any course
- Have 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE including English and Maths
- Have completed NYSC with a discharge certificate
- Be no older than 26 years
- State your date of birth, gender, and degree class in the form
Key Skills to Show
- Clear thinking and problem-solving
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to lead and work independently
- Honesty and care for others
