The Late Emmanuel Idowu and Maria Ajike Areogun Scholarship Foundation (LEIMAAF), established in 2015, provides tuition support and career mentorship to Christian students enrolled in public tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
Scholarship Categories:
The programme offers two categories:
- SOAR Accessibility Scholarship: Designed for students facing financial challenges but showing strong potential.
- SOAR Excellence Scholarship: Focused on students with outstanding academic performance.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a public higher institution in Nigeria.
- Demonstrate commitment to completing a bachelorโs degree or equivalent.
- Show financial need and lack of alternative means to cover tuition fees.
- Maintain a minimum CGPA of 4.5 (for SOAR Excellence applicants) in 200 level or higher.
- Provide an academic report for the previous session.
