Apply For The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program At ASU 2025

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Arizona State University (ASU) is now accepting applications for 2025. This scholarship supports African students pursuing online graduate degrees with in-person guidance in Rwanda.
Available Graduate Degree Programmes
For fall 2025, 40 scholars will be selected for the following online masterโs programmes:
College of Global Futures
- MS Global Technology and Development
W.P . Carey School of Business
- MS Business Analytics
Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation
- MEd Learning Design and Technologies
Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering
- MS Information Technology
- MSE Sustainable Engineering
Scholarship Benefits
Selected scholars will receive:
- Full tuition coverage for the two-year programme.
- On-campus accommodation during the required in-person sessions.
- Individual mentorship and leadership development.
- Participation in a two-month summer intensive at ASU in the United States between the first and second year.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify, candidates must:
- Meet academic and English language requirements.
- Be an African citizen committed to ethical leadership and community engagement.
- Be between 18 and 33 years old.
- Have completed an undergraduate degree by July 2025.
- Have no prior graduate degree started or completed before August 2025.
- Reside in Kigali, Rwanda for the programme duration.
Application Deadline: 9th March 2025.
Late applications will not be considered.
