Wema Bank Plc is now accepting applications for the 2025 Bankers in Training (BIT) Programme. Young graduates can join either the Tech or Sales cohort and gain hands-on experience, full training, and a solid foundation for a career in banking.
Tech Cohort
Start your journey in banking technology and innovation.
Eligibility:
- Second Class Upper degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
- NYSC completed with discharge certificate
- Age 26 or below
- Five credits in WAEC/NECO including Maths and English
Bonus Skills:
- Programming (Python, Java, C#, Node.js )
- Data analysis, cybersecurity, AI, product design, DevOps
