• Are studying for or hold a master’s or PhD in Economics, Law, Business, Political Science, etc.
• Have excellent research skills and stakeholder engagement experience
• Can write for policy and research audiences
• Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Are committed to completing the two-year fellowship
