The President and Vice-Chancellor of Babcock University, Professor Ademola S. Tayo, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, Council, and Senate, has invited the public to the university’s 26th Undergraduate Matriculation Ceremony.
Event Details
- Date: Tuesday, 17 December 2024
- Time: 9:00 AM
- Venue: Babcock University Amphitheatre
Important Information for Students
- All 100-level and direct entry students are required to participate in the matriculation ceremony.
- Students attending the event can proceed on their New Year break immediately after the ceremony.
- Matriculation Gown: Students must return their gowns to the designated collection centre on the same day before leaving the campus.
Accommodation Guidelines
- Students wishing to stay in their halls of residence after the event are permitted to do so until the next day.
- Note: No student will be allowed to remain in the halls beyond Thursday, 19 December 2024.
Resumption Schedule
Details regarding the resumption schedule for the upcoming academic year will be shared with students later.
Students are encouraged to adhere to all guidelines and enjoy this celebratory occasion.
