CAILS 2025/2026 Admission: ND & Diploma Programmes Now Available

The Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies (CAILS), Ilorin, has received NBTE approval to commence admission into six newly approved National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Approved ND Programmes:
- ND in Law
- ND in Common and Islamic Law
- ND in Computer Science
- ND in Accountancy
- ND in Library Science
- ND in Mass Communication
How to Apply:
Candidates who meet the requirements and have obtained a UTME form are advised to change their institution on the JAMB portal and make CAILS their first choice to be eligible.

- Diploma in English and History
- Diploma in English and Islamic Studies
- Diploma in Islamic Studies and Yoruba
C. SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES (2 years)
- Diploma in Arabic and Islamic Studies (Arabic Medium)

D. SCHOOL OF EDUCATION (3 years – equivalent to NCE)

All programmes lead to admission into HND and 200-level university programmes in Nigeria and abroad.
Admission Requirements for Diploma Programmes (B–D):
1. WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with 4 credits including relevant subjects
2. Thanawiyyah/Tawjihyyah from Arabic Senior Secondary School (recognized)
3. Certificate in Arabic and Islamic Studies from recognized institution
4. Other acceptable qualifications recognized by the College
5. SAISSCE (Senior Arabic and Islamic Secondary School Certificate Examination)
