College Of Nursing Sciences, UCTH ND/HND Nursing Admission Form For 2025/2026 Now Available

The College of Nursing Sciences, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH), invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its ND and HND Nursing Sciences programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, UCTH, as first choice in the 2025 UTME.
- Must have scored 180 and above in JAMB.
- Candidates who wish to change to UCTH as their first choice can also apply, provided the change is done officially on the JAMB portal.
Required O’Level Subjects (Not more than two sittings):
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
How to Apply:
1. Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦20,000 via Remita to UCTH School Fees/Charges Account.
- Go to any commercial bank and pay via the Remita platform.
- Select: Pay FGN & STATES TSA → FGN → University of Calabar Teaching Hospital
- Select: School Fees/Charges
- Input: Code 1000187508
- Enter amount (₦20,000) and submit.
2. Take the Remita printout or bank teller to the UCTH Treasury (Permanent Site) and exchange it for an official receipt.
3. Present the official receipt to the Provost, College of Nursing Sciences, UCTH, along Moniaca Road, Calabar, to collect the application form.
Important Dates:
- Application Deadline: Friday, 25th July, 2025
- Aptitude Test Date: Friday, 1st August, 2025
- Screening Exercise: Wednesday–Friday, 14th–16th August, 2025
Note:
All applicants must come with both original and photocopies of their credentials for the aptitude test and screening exercise.
Ensure all processes are completed before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
