Scholarship Categories
1. Undergraduate Full Scholarship Award (UFSA)
- Open to candidates who selected EDSU as their first choice in the UTME.
- Limited to five exceptional candidates with outstanding academic performance.
- Applicants must score a minimum of 260 in the UTME.
2. Indigent Students Scholarship Award (ISSA)
- Designed for indigent students from Edo State.
- Covers tuition fees for all programmes except Medicine, Nursing, Law, Medical Laboratory Science, and Engineering.
- Candidates must score at least 180 in the UTME.
- Proof of indigency is required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have written the UTME for the 2024/2025 session.
- A minimum score of 260 is required for the UFSA, and 180 for the ISSA.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Edo State applicants applying for ISSA must provide proof of indigency.
- Candidates must meet the entry requirements for their chosen course of study.
- Oversubscribed courses such as Medicine, Law, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, and Engineering are excluded from the scholarship awards.

- The screening and interview process includes a CBT assessment.
