FCCPC National Young Consumer Contest 2025: Submit Your Entry

Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) National Young Consumer Contest (NYCC) 2025 invites secondary school students across Nigeria to participate in an essay competition on the topic: "Is AI Helping or Hurting Nigerian Consumers?".


Contest Overview:

The FCCPC has announced the 2025 National Young Consumer Contest (NYCC), encouraging secondary schools to engage in the competition. The focus is on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on Nigerian consumers, providing students an opportunity to explore this evolving subject through an essay competition.



Essay Topic:
The essay topic for the 2025 NYCC is “Is AI Helping or Hurting Nigerian Consumers?”


Guidelines for Participation:

- Open to all secondary schools in Nigeria.

- Essays must not exceed 350 words.

- Submissions should be made through Microsoft Forms via the designated online portal.

- Only one entry per school is allowed.

- Essays will be assessed based on clarity, originality, and relevance to the topic.

- Winners will receive prizes as recognition for their efforts.
