Federal Government 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme – Cohort 3

The Federal Government has opened applications for the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme Cohort 3. This initiative is designed to train and place 30,000 Nigerians in technical roles during its first phase.

About the 3MTT Programme:
The 3MTT Programme, developed in collaboration with NITDA, adopts a fellowship model to provide fully funded technical training. It involves multiple stakeholders, including training providers, partners, and placement organisations.

The programme’s primary goal is to equip Nigerians with in-demand technical skills for both local and international opportunities.

The first phase of the 3MTT Programme covers the following technical skills:
- Software Development
- UI/UX Design
- Data Analysis and Visualisation
- Quality Assurance
- Product Management
- Data Science
- Animation
- AI and Machine Learning
- Cybersecurity
- Game Development
- Cloud Computing
- DevOps
