Entry Requirements:
Candidates must have:
- Five O’Level credits (including English and Maths) in no more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, GCE), or
- NTC/NBC with credit in a trade subject plus four relevant subjects (including English and Maths)
How to Apply:
1. Visit any JAMB office and apply under “Part-Time Programmes” for Federal Polytechnic Offa.
2. Pay ₦3,500 to get your JAMB Registration Number.
3. Visit the Offa Poly application portal https://portal.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng/
4. Pay ₦15,000 processing fee via ATM card (Interswitch).
5. Complete the form and upload relevant documents.
6. Use a valid email and ensure all submitted names match your documents and NIN.
Screening and Document Submission:
- Upload your credentials and print the security form and screening slip.
- Submit both at the Security Office on campus.
- False information will lead to disqualification.
- Your information must appear on JAMB CAPS to be considered for admission.
Deadline:
The portal will remain open for 8 weeks from the date of publication.
