The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has earned a spot among the top 10 universities in Nigeria in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings.
Released on 18th June 2025, the global rankings assessed over 2,500 institutions from 130 countries, including 36 Nigerian universities. FUNAAB distinguished itself through its measurable contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Highlights of FUNAAB's Performance:
• 7th overall in Nigeria
• 2nd place – SDG 4: Quality Education
• 3rd place – SDG 2: Zero Hunger
• 4th place – SDG 13: Climate Action
• 6th place – SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
