FIRS Opens Recruitment for Tax Officers Across Nigeria

The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has announced that its recruitment portal is now open for applications from candidates across Nigeria.

This recruitment drive seeks to fill positions for Tax Officers (Officer II and Officer I).

Eligibility Requirements

- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 27 years old or younger as of 31st December 2024.

- NYSC Completion: Applicants should have completed the NYSC program by 31st December 2024.

- Educational Background: Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree (or HND) with First Class or Second Class Upper Division in relevant fields such as Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Law, etc.

Additional qualifications like a Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g ., ICAN, ACCA) are beneficial.
