JAMB Announces Cut-off Marks In Admission Policy Meeting Today

JAMB has scheduled a Policy Meeting on Admissions for July 18, 2024, chaired by the Minister of Education, Prof. Tahir Mamman.
Key stakeholders, including heads of regulatory agencies and tertiary institutions, will attend.
The meeting will establish admission guidelines, present application statistics, and set the minimum admission standards for Nigerian tertiary institutions for the year.
The Registrar will report on the recent UTME and ongoing Direct Entry applications, analyzing key performance indicators.
The meeting will also review candidate performance in the current UTME to set the year's minimum admissible score.
Additionally, it will address unresolved issues from the previous year, discuss compliance with advisories, and propose necessary amendments. Updates from the meeting will be provided.
