LASU Post-UTME / Direct Entry Screening For 2025/2026 Admission

Lagos State University (LASU) invites applications from qualified candidates for its 2025/2026 online admission screening. This screening is for both UTME (100 Level) and Direct Entry (DE) applicants seeking admission into the university.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidates must have chosen LASU as their First Choice in the 2025 UTME and scored at least 195 marks. Candidates must also be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2025.
2. Pre-Degree and JUPEB/Foundation (LASU only) candidates must also meet the 195 cut-off and have selected LASU as First Choice.
3. Direct Entry candidates must possess a JAMB DE form and relevant qualifications. Only LASU Diploma and NCE (for Education programmes) are acceptable.
4. Candidates of Lagos State origin must have completed the IIVC screening for their claims to be validated.
Available Courses
Candidates may apply for only accredited programmes listed in the official admission document. These include:
- Arts: English, French, History, Theatre Arts, etc.
- Sciences: Biochemistry, Computer Science, Physics, etc.
- Social Sciences: Economics, Sociology, Psychology, etc.
- Management: Accounting, Banking & Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Aeronautics, etc.
- Law, Medicine, Agriculture, Education, Environmental Sciences, Communication, and others.
How to Apply
1. Visit: https://lasu.edu.ng
2. Click on Student → New Applicants → UTME/DE Screening
3. Log in with your JAMB Registration Number and Surname.
4. Make a non-refundable screening payment online.
5. After payment, complete the Online Self-Screening Form with accurate information.
Important Notes
- You must upload your O'Level results to JAMB CAPS before completing the screening.
- Medicine and Dentistry require a single sitting of O’Level results.
- Engineering courses require six credit passes including Further Mathematics (for Aeronautics).
- All entries must be completed online between Monday, 30th June and Saturday, 26th July, 2025.
