- A conditional offer or admission letter from the selected Mauritian public HEI.

- Completed application forms and required documents must be submitted to the Federal Scholarship Board in Abuja by 20 February 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Only Nigerian applicants are eligible.
- Age Requirements:
- Undergraduate applicants must be between 18 and 26 years old by 1 January 2026.
- Postgraduate applicants must not exceed 40 years old by 1 January 2026.
- Academic Requirements:
- Undergraduate applicants must have a strong WAEC result.
- Master's and PhD applicants must hold at least a Second Class Upper (2.1 ).
- Health Certification: A health certificate from a recognised government hospital is mandatory.
