Eligibility Criteria

- Must be enrolled or accepted into a full-time degree program at an MPOWER-eligible school in the U.S . or Canada.
- Must be an international student legally allowed to study in the U.S . or Canada.
- For study in the U.S .: Valid visa or protected under DACA or permanent resident.
- For study in Canada: Canadian permanent resident or valid study permit.
