Nestlé Nigeria has launched its 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme, providing recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience and mentorship in one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies.

Available Departments
Nestlé Nigeria is currently recruiting graduate trainees into the following departments:
- People and Culture (HR)
- Manufacturing and Engineering
- Finance and Control
- Supply Chain
- Marketing
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Hold a Second Class Upper (or Upper Credit for HND holders)
- Have completed NYSC
- Have no more than 2 years of work experience
