The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Graduate Trainee Program is an exciting opportunity for young Nigerian graduates. The NNPC, a dynamic global energy company, operates across the entire energy value chain. This state-owned oil company, now a limited liability company since July 2022, partners with foreign oil companies to develop Nigeria’s fossil fuel resources.

Job Description

As a Graduate Trainee at NNPC, you will:



1. Support the implementation of organizational processes.
2. Deliver cost-effective business outcomes.
3. Assist line managers and supervisors in developing and implementing strategic work plans.
4. Support the delivery of project team assignments.

Requirements

To apply, you must:

Have one of the following minimum qualifications in the listed disciplines:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in First Class/Second Class Upper Division
2. HND (Distinction)
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Second Class Lower Division with a completed Master’s Degree
4. HND Upper Credit with a completed Master’s Degree
5. Graduation from an accredited university, polytechnic, or monotechnic not earlier than 2019
6. Completion of NYSC
7. Age no older than 28 years as of 31st December 2024
8. Possession of good communication, computer, and interpersonal skills
