Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has opened applications for over 200 job roles. Positions are available in both teaching and non-teaching categories. If you're qualified, applications are open until 22nd July 2025.
Academic Roles
Openings are available for:
• Professors, Readers, and Senior Lecturers in Engineering, Chemistry, Nursing, Geology, Animal Sciences, etc.
• Lecturer I & II roles in Computer Science, Agricultural Extension, Soil Science, Medical Microbiology, Business Law, and more
• Assistant Lecturers and Graduate Assistants in Physics, Biochemistry, Public Health, Botany, etc.
Salary range: ₦2.3 million – ₦9.4 million annually
Non-Academic Roles
OAU is also recruiting for:
• Admin and Planning Officers
• ICT Experts (Web Developers, Network Admins, Programmers)
• Medical Staff (Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Lab Scientists)
• Technologists and Technicians
• Clerical, Library, and Editorial Staff
• Agricultural and Sports Officers
• Finance and Audit Officers
Salary range: ₦1.1 million – ₦3.5 million annually
Who Can Apply
Applicants must:
• Meet the required academic/professional qualifications
• Provide proof of experience, credentials, and certifications
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be ready to assume duty on appointment
