OOU Notice On Registration To All Admitted Undergraduate Students, 2025/2026

The Management of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, has released an important notice to all candidates offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 academic session.


According to the announcement signed by the Registrar, Dr. ‘Bayo Orukotan, candidates who have been offered admission are required to pay their acceptance fees on or before Sunday, 12th October, 2025. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of their provisional admission.


The university also advised all candidates who have not yet accepted their admission on JAMB CAPS to do so on or before Friday, 10th October, 2025, to confirm their willingness to study their chosen programmes. Those who fail to accept their admission on time will lose their admission slots.

Additionally, candidates who have paid their acceptance fees but have not uploaded correct, authentic, and verifiable documents for verification on or before Monday, 20th October, 2025, will have their provisional admission forfeited and replaced.


Candidates are to upload the following documents on the OOU admission portal for UTME/DE verification:

Original JAMB UTME result slip

Original JAMB DE registration slip (for DE candidates)

First Degree/IJMB/A’Levels/Diploma/NCE qualification certificate (for DE candidates)

Original JAMB Admission Letter

Verifiable birth certificate from the National Population Commission or any other acceptable source (supported by Premium or Standard NIN slip)

Tax clearance certificate

The management cautioned that uploading any wrong, unverifiable, or fraudulent document could result in the forfeiture of admission.
