BBNaija star, Tacha, has tackled social commentator, Scott Iguma, over his recent attack on the Lagos state government.
In a video he posted today, Scott called out the state government over the bad road leading to Ikate-Elegushi, a highbrow area in the state where according to him, people pay millions of dollars and billions of Naira to purchase a property there.
Showing the deplorable state of the road leading to the area, Scott said
‘’So you mean I will buy a property in Ikate for N2 billion and this is the entrance I will use to go to my N2 billion house? We are insane in this country. If we see this kind of things as normal, then we are all insane in this country.
And if you see this as tribalism, then you are more than insane. Honestly! Sometimes I wish we could go back to the days of Governor Fashola when Lagos was clean, when there was environmental sanitation and awareness in Lagos.''
He went on to call out Governor Sanwo-Olu saying that Lagos became very dirty under his watch as governor.
Reacting to his video, Tacha, in her response on Twitter referred to Scott as a content creator, urged him to shift attention to his home state and showcase how its highbrow areas look instead of repeatedly singling out Lagos.
She also said that critics like him rarely know what is happening in their local governments yet prefer to focus on Lagos.
‘’All these content creators! Everyday Lagos state Lagos state! One will think “Lagos state” is the only state in Nigeria Oyah post “highbrow” area in your own state and you’lld be no where to be found.. doubt you even know who your local govt chairman is.. sighs.''
