The Umi Mentorship Programme supports African mothers with children under the age of 3. This initiative connects mothers with experienced mentors to help them thrive as parents, partners, and professionals.

Programme Highlights:
- Launched in June 2023, the programme has assisted mothers from 12 African countries, including Nigeria, South Africa, and Zimbabwe.
- The upcoming cohort will run from February to April 2025.
- Mentorship is conducted virtually, but participants can meet their mentors in person if desired.

Benefits of the Programme:
- Pairing with mentors who have successful careers and parenting experience
- Participation in mini-circles of five mothers for peer mentorship
- Weekly workshops and sessions focusing on mental health, physical health, career, and family
- Access to a supportive community and expert guidance

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be an African mother residing in Africa or the diaspora
- Your child must be between 0 to 3 years old
- Willingness to grow as a mother and professional
- Interest in connecting with experienced mentors who share similar challenges

How to Apply:
- Applications are open for the 4th cohort, scheduled from February to April 2025.
