UMYUK Post-UTME/DE 2025: Cut-off Mark, Eligibility And Registration Details

Umaru Musa Yar’adua University (UMYU), Katsina, hereby invites candidates who made the institution their first choice in the 2025 UTME or Direct Entry (DE) applications to register for the screening exercise through the University’s Post-UTME Portal.

Eligibility:
- UTME applicants must have scored up to the approved departmental cut-off marks.

- Candidates must also meet the required UTME subject combinations for their chosen programmes.

- DE applicants will undergo an online screening only (no physical test required).

Registration Period:
- Opening: Friday, 29th August, 2025
- Closing: Thursday, 25th September, 2025

Required Documents (to be uploaded online):
- 2025 UTME Result Slip or JAMB DE Registration Slip
- O’ Level result(s)
- Identification document (Indigene letter, National ID, International Passport, etc.)
- DE candidates: A’ Level results (Diploma, IJMB, NCE, etc.)

Application Fee:
- N2,000.00 (inclusive of all charges), payable through the University’s Post-UTME portal.

Important Notes:
- Awaiting result candidates may also apply.
- UTME candidates must bring their payment slips and submit hard copies of credentials at the test venue.
- DE applicants are required to forward hard copies of their credentials to the Office of the Registrar.
- Candidates with special needs, as identified by JAMB, are exempted from the test but must still submit their credentials to the Registrar’s Office.
