UNIJOS Registration Procedures for Newly Admitted Students (2024/2025)
Registration Timeline:
16th December, 2024 – 11th January, 2025
Steps for Registration:
1. Check Admission Status
Visit www.unijos.edu.ng .
Go to PORTAL > Student Portal > CHECK ADMISSION.
Enter your JAMB Registration Number and follow the instructions displayed.
2. Pay Pre-Registration Charges
Log in to your dashboard using your email and POST-UTME password.
Navigate to "Fee Management" and select "Acceptance (Pre-Registration)".
3. Complete Bio-Data Registration
Log in to your dashboard, go to My Profile > Add/Edit Bio-Data.
Fill out the form and print five (5) copies.
4. Faculty Clearance
Present the following documents:
- Original and photocopies of credentials.
- Completed Bio-Data forms (5 copies).
- JAMB Results/Registration Slip.
- Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age.
- Indigene Certificate or Federal High Court affidavit.
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB scratch cards for results.
- Affidavit of good conduct and non-membership of secret cult.
5. Pay School Charges
Log in to your dashboard and select "Fee Management".
Pay the School Charges and wait 24 hours for matriculation number and email activation.
6. Register Courses
Log in to your dashboard, navigate to "Course Registration", and select courses for the session.
Print the form and get it signed by your level coordinator.
7. Hostel Accommodation (Optional)
Limited hostel accommodation is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Make payment and proceed to the Directorate of Students’ Affairs for allocation.
8. Library & Health Services Registration
Complete library registration online and submit five (5) printed copies at the library.
Proceed to the Health Services with your activated University email for health registration.
Important Notes:
- Payments must be initiated from your dashboard and can be made online or via a bank.
- For password recovery, click "Forgot Password" on the login page or visit the ICT Complex at Naraguta Campus.
