Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has reinstated its tuition fee waiver policy for staff enrolled in postgraduate studies. This decision was made during the university’s 234th Senate meeting held on Wednesday, 28th May 2025.
The waiver takes effect from the 2024/2025 academic session.
Eligibility Requirements:
To benefit from this waiver, staff must submit:
- A valid postgraduate admission letter from UNIZIK
- Official approval to embark on the postgraduate programme
Duration of Waiver:
The tuition waiver only applies for the standard duration of the course. For instance, if the course duration is two years, the waiver is valid for those two years only.
How to Apply:
Interested staff members should forward their application along with the required documents to the appropriate office as guided by the university’s regulations.
For inquiries and clarifications, staff are advised to contact their departmental administrative office.
